Winemiller - Tingley Glass is a glass arts studio located outside the
lovely country town of Harford, Pennsylvania. Its founder, Jan Winemiller, is
a member of the Tingley family, one of the Harford area's founding families. No
wonder, then, that when the time came to open her glass studio, Jan settled at
Tingley Lake, right down the road from her family's original homestead. Jan creates
jewelry, tableware, windows and more using both stained glass and kiln-forming
techniques, characterized by a playful use of color and refined attention to finish.
Tingley
Glass serves as a creative education and support center. Jan teaches classes and
workshops for students of all ages, from the novice to the more advanced artisan,
and provides studio space for glass artists who seek a fully equipped creative
space in which to work.
Tingley Glass now offers access to a fully stocked
storeroom with a full line of glass and supplies for all types of glass projects.
